A little retro. A lot of you. ✦ Personalized with your story.

How to Order a Personalized Product

1. Start with the story you want to tell

Choose the detail that makes the gift personal: a name, hometown, city, birth year, anniversary year, or short message. Keep the text meaningful and easy to read.

2. Choose a design and product

Open a design you like, then select the product style, color, and size. The same design may be available on T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, and other gifts.

3. Enter your personalization

Type the custom text exactly as you want it printed. Check spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and spacing before generating the preview.

4. Review the mockup

Use Get Your Design to preview the personalization. Change the product color to view the matching mockup, then confirm that the text remains clear and balanced.

5. Add to cart and check the details

Your cart should show the selected product, color, size, quantity, and custom text. Review all of these details before checkout.

6. Complete checkout

Enter a complete shipping address, choose a delivery method, accept the terms, and finish payment. Save the order confirmation for reference.

Personalized T-Shirt Size Guide

Use a shirt that already fits

Lay a comfortable T-shirt flat on a smooth surface. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit, then measure from the highest shoulder point to the bottom hem.

Compare garment measurements

Use the size chart shown on the product page and compare it with your flat garment measurements. Doubling the chest width gives an approximate chest circumference.

Choose the fit you prefer

Allow for small differences

Garment measurements can vary slightly because of manufacturing and fabric behavior. Cotton-rich shirts may change a little after washing, especially when exposed to high heat.

Size-checking tips

Do not rely only on the size letter, because sizing can differ between product styles. Recheck the chart whenever you switch between a standard T-shirt, women’s shirt, youth shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt.

How to Enter Your Personalization Correctly

Enter the final text, not an instruction

Type only what should appear in the design. For example, enter “ALEX” instead of “Please print the name Alex.”

Check spelling character by character

Names and small hometowns may not be recognized by automatic spelling tools. Compare the text with a trusted source before submitting it.

Choose capitalization intentionally

Uppercase, lowercase, and title case can look different in the finished design. The preview shows how your entry will be used.

Keep location formats consistent

For a city and state, a clear format is “AUSTIN, TX.” Use the version of the location that is meaningful to the recipient.

Avoid unnecessary spaces and punctuation

Remove extra spaces before or after the text. Add punctuation only when it is part of the intended design.

Review the current mockup

Generate the design preview after entering the text. If you change the text or product color, wait for the updated mockup and check it again before adding the product to the cart.

How to Care for Printed T-Shirts

Before washing

Turn the shirt inside out. This reduces friction between the printed surface and other garments in the wash.

Wash gently

Dry with low heat

Air drying is the gentlest choice. If you use a dryer, choose a low-temperature setting and remove the shirt promptly.

Iron carefully

Do not place a hot iron directly on the printed design. Turn the shirt inside out and use low heat, or place a protective cloth between the iron and fabric.

Store the shirt clean and dry

Fold the garment without sharply creasing the print. Keep it away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight during storage.

What to avoid

High heat, bleach, dry cleaning, and direct ironing can shorten the life of a printed design. Always follow the care label supplied with the specific garment.
