How to Care for Printed T-Shirts
Follow simple washing and drying steps that help personalized prints stay clear and colorful.
Before washing
Turn the shirt inside out. This reduces friction between the printed surface and other garments in the wash.
Wash gently
- Use cold water.
- Select a gentle cycle.
- Wash with similar colors.
- Use a mild detergent.
- Avoid bleach and harsh stain treatments on the print.
Dry with low heat
Air drying is the gentlest choice. If you use a dryer, choose a low-temperature setting and remove the shirt promptly.
Iron carefully
Do not place a hot iron directly on the printed design. Turn the shirt inside out and use low heat, or place a protective cloth between the iron and fabric.
Store the shirt clean and dry
Fold the garment without sharply creasing the print. Keep it away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight during storage.
What to avoid
High heat, bleach, dry cleaning, and direct ironing can shorten the life of a printed design. Always follow the care label supplied with the specific garment.
